The executive phase defines the details of the various components and prepares the documents that will be used to physically construct the work.

The works manager has the task of following the construction site, checking the progress of the works and the regular execution of the works.

The structural design includes a detailed description of the geometry of the construction elements, the standards and structural calculation procedures adopted, the characteristics of the materials and their realization in the model.

Structural calculation indicates the set of tools and techniques developed to identify and solve problems concerning the mechanics of architectural structures when designing a new construction or "refurbishing" an existing one.
